Shipping & Returns

Shipping

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns / Refund Policy

You may cancel an order. If it has yet to be despatched, you will receive a refund, less a roughly 2.9% payment processing fee that is charged to us.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, there is a cost incurred to return the shipment, so you will receive a refund less the recall shipment cost and payment processing fee. The recall fee is cheaper than having the package shipped back to us after already being received. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less the return shipment cost and payment processing fee. When you contact us regarding the return, we will issue you a prepaid return shipment label.

If the need to return is as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the return shipment cost and you will receive a full refund or replacement as needed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you wish to return an item simply due to a change of heart, or a used item, or after 30 days then this will be honoured on a case by case basis, but you will certainly be required to cover any return delivery costs. Refunds will be issued in the same manner, less the freight costs and payment processing fee.
